The purpose of the Yoga Club is simple: provide students with a convenient and affordable way to slow down a bit and work yoga into our busy, medicine-driven lives. Many students will come directly from the carrels, from clinic, or from lab, taking a much-needed break from the books to take care of their minds and bodies with an hour long class. Classes are offered weekly during the academic year. Students only pay a $20 fee to join after thier first class of the year. Students are encouraged to puchase their own mats, but we have mats available for students' use during class. All levels and abilities are encouraged to attend.
